According to Solis, the new book “explores the evolving landscape of new consumerism and how business and customer relationships unfold and flourish in four distinct moments of truth.”

But wait, there’s more! Solis adds that the book “is also an experience in (and) of itself. It’s a visually rich, four-color journey… think digital app but in an analog format.”

If his past efforts are any indication, “What’s the Future of Business” will be one NOT to miss this year. The book makes its debut at SXSW on March 8th and will be available in stores March 11th.

It’s a safe bet LMGPR will be first in line.
